Banking Express Telephone Hotline

We are pleased to introduce you to Banking Epress Telephone Hotline (BETH). You can call BETH 24-hours a day to obtain information on any of your accounts at Bank of the Rockies and even make funds transfers. (In order to make transfers, you must initially contact Bank of the Rockies to set up the transfer accounts and sign an account transfer authorization form.) Then after that, it's easy to use! Just dial our toll-free number, 1-888-605-2421 and BETH will guide you through the menu options, or stop in at any of our branch locations for a demonstration.

Before you call BETH, you will need your account number(s) and your four digit Personal Identification Number. Please contact one of our offices to inquire about your initial P.I.N. number. The first time you access your accounts, you will be required to change your initial P.I.N. to another four digit number.

All you need is a touch-tone phone, and you can call BETH to:
* Obtain information on checking and money market accounts
* Obtain information on savings accounts
* Obtain information on all loans
* Obtain information on certificates of deposits and IRA's
* Transfer funds

During regular banking hours you may dial "0" at any time to speak to a customer service representative.
